Horrible customer service
First impressions are everything and when I entered the hotel I felt like I was bothering the person to do their job. We were not greeted, we were not given a response after saying thank you. I searched for a hotel with free parking and when I arrived I was told I had to pay for parking. I had to ask for the price of water before being given a "welcome" bag with 2 bottles of water. Once again I said thank you and no reply. The pictures of the room on the website were beautiful, unfortunately the room was not, the dishwasher had better days, the cabinets had seen better days. The cleaners should be written up or given bleach for the mildew in the shower. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Kayla was trying to make it right but unfortunately she was off when I was available.
