Pretty good with minuscule issues
I chose this hotel because it's close to the pub where I usually go to hang out with my Bulgarian friends. The free breakfast also affected my decision. On that note, the breakfast was not bad at all. The hotel itself is mostly fine, and has pleasant staff. I had very brief encounters with three different people for different reasons, and each one left me content. The location is also nice, as it is near a metro station as well as a mall with a fairly large supermarket, not to mention the walkable distance to Vitosha Boulevard and all that. The only things that weren't perfect were the bendy shower head which I had to fix with a chewing gum, and the difficulty I had reaching the power outlet to plug in my laptop. The balcony was a nice plus, too. I'd stay there again, especially at these rates.
