The food is a hit or miss, rather a mid or miss, the liquor is watered down and they ran out mid afternoon, 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. They had us in a room connected to another room where we can hear every little thing that happened in the other room. I had to call the front desk once cause they had their tv full blast in the middle of the night. I have 2 small kids and a baby. That baby needed to sleep. We also had to put a towel under the door at night so the light wouldn’t come thru l. The ac leaked water on the floor the entire time and we had to put towels down to dry them so nobody slipped. I told the front desk the first day we walked in and they sent someone to mop. The ppl were super nice and helpful but the place is like a 5 out of 10. If they kept up with maintenance and the esthetics it would be beautiful. It is beautiful just needs to be maintained better. The pictures show how it looked probably 10 years ago. Paint the deck, replace the pool tiles, have some decent food, better liquor, fix things up including the kids water park cause that really needs to be upgraded. You walk on the stairs and it feels like you’re going to go right thru them. It pirbbaly has another 2 years until it rots completely.
