Bogotá for 6 days
Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction.
The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that in the morning but I was told to come down immediately other the overpayment would take months to fix?
The front desk can use better tactics when dealing with customers, the reason for my flight to Bogota was to attend a funeral in the morning, that was my priority not to be waken near midnight to fix a error by the front desk.
Other wise the hotel and the rest of the staff was great particularly the housekeeper crew.
