I made a booking for 2 nights and missed my flight, couldn't go there on time and I call them before I go, they said its fine no problem, when I arrived them, they said no room for me, stay somewhere else and the other day we can give you a day, and that day we may give you 2nd day they gave me 1 day, and at the that day, they said we gave to pay for it coz we missed the flight, but I already call them and they said its fine, so they told me call hotels.com for refund, when I call hotels.com, they said the hotel doesn't accept to refund so we can't,
