I provided feedback directly to the hotel who requested feedback via WhatsApp, however, no-one has responded despite having read the message, which again demonstrates poor customer service.
We paid around £760 for 2 nights and were so excited to stay here, however, the poor and inconsistent customer service ruined our stay.
Unfortunately our short 2 night stay was spoilt on our first day when we asked for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine as other hotels in the area have happily provided one but were ignored initially and then informed we would be charged €25.
Our dinner was also a disappointing experience as we were went for the tasting menu and Sommelier Wine pairing and have had amazing tastings & pairings in other restaurants but the food and wine pairings were very disappointing and the wine often mis-timed so we were waiting whilst our food was getting cold. We did provide feedback at the time time but felt it did not go down well and we were left waiting to settle our bill.
The following day we tried to request room service, but our calls and WhatsApp messages were not responded to.
We were, however, sent up a bottle of wine as an apology later in the afternoon but it did not really compensate for our disappointing visit.
I am also disappointed that we have not had a response to our feedback directly from the hotel.
