Very nice property with a wonderful, friendly staff. Great location. There is a lively evening scene —but the rooms are very quiet at all times.

Location and staff were wonderful. In room amenities were lacking with nothing being offered. Room was also quite dated. Overall happy we stayed, but would not stay again.

The Williams Hotel was an excellent hotel! Staff was very helpful and attentive, rooms were spacious and very clean, and having the kitchenette was super helpful! The location was perfect for me! They even had laundry facilities if we would have needed them. I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The William Hotel. We had a great room that was modern and clean. The TV was glitchy but the staff were super helpful in resolving the issue. Loved the location because it is convenient for walking while also having 3 great parking options within steps of the hotel.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The hotel was very quite clean and cozy. It has an English pub on the lower level that served authentic English cuisine. Although the neighborhood is very busy. There was little to no noise while in your room

The best hotel in NYC. Views were amazing, super clean, laundry and water facilities were awesome. Elevator was a little slow but that was the only thing.
