地點距離中山步行街只有1分鐘路程, 非常方便. 酒店在一座商廈內低層, 進入樓層大門需拍房卡,房間乾淨但冷氣是中央空調, 可微調但不夠凍. 如果怕熱不適合但只住1晚或只想近中山路步行街及八市, 這是好選擇.

部屋の窓からの景色が素晴らしい！ コロンス島やライトアップされた船を眺める事ができます。中山路に非常に近く食事や買い物に便利だった。設備や内装は簡素だが、ちゃんと清掃されていたので快適に過ごせた。（冷蔵庫が無いのが誤算だった） 不慣れな場所で困っていたところ、フロントスタッフが手伝ってくれた。 良い旅行が出来た、どうもありがとう！！
