Over-rated Hotel
This hotel was rated 8.4 on hotels.com so I thought I'd give it a try on the way home from a business trip. We were greeted with a plethora of home-made signs declaring the property as a non-smoking hotel with marijuana symbols on the signs. Nonetheless, the elevator and parts of the hotel smelled like marijuana smoke. There are Jacuzzi tubs in the rooms which may been viewed as a positive, but they appeared to be poorly maintained. Other parts of the hotel also appears to be poorly maintained including a large damaged section of wall near the elevator. At breakfast, my business partner found that the half and half was curdled and the toaster wasn't functional. Lastly, while sitting in the lobby, we found another sign that said "The lobby is not for sleeping. Thank you." Clearly this hotel has had issues with their guests previously and I sympathize for them. However, I was disappointed with my stay and do not think this hotel should be rated above an 8.
