This hotel was very nice, the room was clean and spacious and the best part was how accommodating the staff were.
If you're getting there at night, the hotel is a little hard to find so be ready to call when you're about 2min out and someone from the hotel will flag you down into the parking garage.

Excelente ubicación por tranquilidad y zona con diferentes opciones gastronómicas. El servicio de parqueadero en usando elevador para carros y es algo complejo al proncipio, pero terminas acostumbrándote por la buena vibra de los empelados del hotel al usar este servicio.
El quinto piso donde está el sitio para el restaurante y luego es un café para todo el día es espectacular pues se obtienen unas maravillosas vistas de Manizales y del Nevado de Ruiz en condiciones de buen clima.

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, la cama y almohadas muy agradables, el personal muy atento y el desayuno en el café del 5 piso hacen del hotel un lugar muy ameno, adicionalmente el hotel se encuentra ubicado en un muy buen sector.
