The worst hotel but the best hostel
This is my fourth time to travel Bangkok. But this is the worst experience to stay at the ‘hotel’. We arrive early at around 9:00am and the check in time is 2:00pm. The google map show the hotel near the railway of airports. But it is difficult to find. And it is not a very convenience place for traveling BTS or MTR. You have to walk along 5-10 min to arrive the nearest BTS station(Chit Lom or Phaya Thai). But the location is not the element of hotel could control. So the problem is not related to hotel. Since we arrive, we told the staff that keep our luggage until we check in. I appreciate the service although the service is the basic of the hotel. I appreciate the polite of the staff too. But when we check in, there are no one help us to carry our luggage to our room. I am not saying the service is necessary. But taking care of the guest need is the one of important part for being a hotel. Also, the the facilities is not enough for the residence. Only one elevator provide for the guest which is staying the hotel. Also,there are just one air-conditioner at the corner of my room.It is not enough cool.
But there are some few complement point for the hotel. First, I appreciate the room service cleaning. When each time I come back to the hotel, there are tidy in my room. The staff will send a greeting to me when I leave. And there are no deposit have to pay when you check in.
I hope the hotel can improve the service that I had advice. I am looking forward to hear from you
