Bad experience
Although we came from very far away, reception was not kind to accept us before 15:00 pm. We left luggages and waited a few hours outside for checkin. Staff in reception on 20 may was not kind and i thought that i came to a very strange hotel. Room was very bad. That was the worst hotel room we stayed in Japan. We've seen hotels in Kyoto and Osaka too but this was the worst one. We had to stay one day in this hotel. It was like an old dormitory and it was the most expensive one in Japan. It's not east to find the hotel from Osaka station as there's construction nearby osaka station on may 2017. Breakfast was better and the guy in breakfast hall waa much better than guys in reception. However, staff on 21 may in reception was much better than staff on 20 may. Especially guy who is originally from Indian (seems like that) was very polite and helped us alot. The other people seem not happy. Breakfast was ok but not very good. I will not stay in this hotek if i go to osaka again. I will pay more and stay in a better one.
