Perfect Location
The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc.
We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. The apartment looked exactly as pictures. Yes some of the furnishings are older, and there's a chip or bump here or there, but its very comfortable. Our only issue was our front door was sticking and we needed to put our shoulder into it to open from the outside. We didn't choose a breakfast option when booking, but it was full everyday, so i cant comment further.
The swimming pools were both great, but, it did surprise me a liitle how cool the water was, especially to get in, but, once in it was nice. It is the wet season and hasn't been as sunny, so i guess thats the reason.
Front counter staff are all incredible, everyday helping us out, in some way. 100% tick to them
Loved KL and loved the Parkroyal Serviced Suites and will definitely be coming back.
