Still trying to figure out how this place is rated as a 4 star "luxury" accommodation. Maybe I missed the memo that apartments are being rated now on a 10 star scale. Upon checking in we went straight to our room. The humidity hit us right away when we walked in....ok, no worries i will just put the aircon on. Except one small detail.....there was no aircon. I immediately called the manager, who was very nice when she was taking our credit card info however when i spoke to her on the phone to ask her about the aircon her answer was that nowhere did it state the place had air conditioning. Hmmmmm, im sorry for assuming a 4 star "luxury " accommodation had aircon.....how silly of me! She also very rudely mentioned something about me booking through a 3rd party (Expedia).....like it was a terrible thing. We did find one fan in the closet but guess what......yep, broken. Ok....so now we are stuck with paying a good amount of money for a "luxury" apartment with no aircon and no working fan but to add insult to injury, the internet was not working. she was quick to mention that it would be fixed weds. Thats great if it was Tuesday but it was Friday and we were leaving Sunday. Other issues....Lift call button was out of order in the car park, the sheets were like sand paper, any power outlets were behind beds and not easy to access. Don't be fooled by the pics and the other reviews.....this place is a joke!By far the worst place i have ever stayed at and will never return.
