2/10 Poor

Great service, clean rooms but the rooms were damp and smelled.

This was valuable as an airport shuttle type hotel for the money. Room and lobby were very clean and in good shape. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast and was good. Eggs, waffles, fruit (which was nice). Shuttle to the airport was timely and great. No food options really near by so did have to Uber for that. Bed was comfortable.

It was fine for the price. Everything was adequate. There were roaches in the bathroom late at night. Maybe that's New Orleans . Beds were advertised as queens but they seemed smaller. The rooms were clean but miss them being tidied up during our 4 day stay. We figure most hotels don't do that any more.. The breakfast was ok, smaller than other Ramadas we've been to. The location was good for touring the city and grateful for complimentary shuttle back and forth to the airport.

Ideal for overnight with the free shuttle from and to the airport. Building looks a bit dated but the room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. Breakfast included, basic but very adequate. Staff helpful. Excellent value for money.

I appreciated the airport shuttle and the breakfast which was nice. The room did have a bit of a scent like it hasn’t been opened in a while, but overall it was well appointed. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
