The hotel is new and has good facilities, but unfortunately the cleanliness left much to be desired.
On the first night, our room was not cleaned, and on the following days, the housekeeping was very superficial. The staff did not make the bed properly – they only pulled the sheet without stretching it – and the room was not cleaned thoroughly, with construction dust still left on the bathroom sink. Overall, even after cleaning, the room felt poorly maintained.
Breakfast was also disappointing: very basic and without proper preparation, to the point that they couldn’t make a simple poached egg.
Considering the price we paid, the experience fell short of expectations. As the hotel is new, I believe there is still plenty of room for improvement, especially in staff training and attention to detail. With these adjustments, the hotel could deliver a much better experience that matches its potential.
