The hot water was difficult to get perfect. The staff was kind and wonderful during the stay. Being within walking distance of many restaurants and stores was a wonderful plus.
Really enjoyed my stay, and housekeeping was so very nice!

I really love the hotel, so cute and the location is perfect. The only issue is no chairs on the balcony or in the room.
Everything else was amazing. I will book again if I come back to Merida.

Parking was a bit of a tricky issue with this hotel. They have no affiliation with any close lots and the one across the street was very costly - 500 pesos/night, which is nearly half the room cost. We had to venture a couple blocks for something at 300 pesos overnight. The hotel staff were very pleasant and allowed us to store our luggage at reception, since we were early. The room is very clean with a comfortable bed (IMO). The only setback we had, which is not the fault of the hotel was that there is a noticeable music noise from a neighboring business (not sure which one?), and despite asking for a quiet room, was heard. Turning on the AC mitigated about half the sound. Overall decent value for money and extremely walkable/close to everything in the center.

Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. Mentioned this to the front desk every day, but no solution was offered. The young man at the desk was sympathetic, but unable to help. I set a messageto the hotel management afterwards, but so far no response. Too bad because everything else was very good.

El personal muy amable. La ubicación es lo mejor. Las habitaciones cómodas. El problema es el ruido, abajo hay un restaurante y se oye todo el movimiento, trastes, voces etc. En los pasillos la gente habla y se escucha en la habitación. La limpieza de la habitación es deficiente y no salia agua caliente en la regadera, lo reporté y me dijeron que asi es y no lo podian mejorar porque compartia calentador de agua con dos habitaciones más.

Todo muy bien el unico detalle es que mi habitación olia mucho a humedad el buro que esta aun cosatado de mi cama tenia humedad donde habia tijerillas (insectos ) por lo demas le daria un 10. El unido detalle fue ese. Me volveria a hospedar ahi? Claro solo pediria que preseten mas atención a eso.

Muy céntrico.
La habitación que me asignaron, la ropa de cama llena de cabellos y polvo negro, el baño sucio, con moho, la coladera de la regadera tapada, sin jabón para manos.
No me volvería a quedar ahí. Y el acceso es difícil si llevas muchas maletas o maleta pesada, ya que hay que subir varios escalones.

súper lindo si quieres conocer el centro de mérida, las camas súper mega cómodas y el jacuzzi increíble, lo recomiendo muchísimo solo no tiene referí ): estaría buenísimo que implementen un minifrigo

Muy buena opcion.
La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro historico, aunque al principio es una propiedad con entrada y recepción austera, las habitaciones estan increibles, muy espaciosas muy limpias, la cama demasiado comoda y lo mas importante que el A/C enfriaba correctamente. Tiene una pantalla plana muy grande con sistema de streaming asi que puedes ver diferentes plataformas. El baño amplio y muy comodo. Lo unico que debe mejorar es el trato del personal, solicite una extensión de late check-out y no me quisieron apoyar supuestamente por disponibilidad, pero para pagar otra noche extra si habia manera, mucha incongruencia, todo esto acompañado del tipico “No se puede” Yucateco.

Las habitación muy lindas y completas. Lo malo que la unica entrada era con escaleras. La atencion de las recepcionistas muy equis les falta mas empatia con la gente mas amabilidad. Me querian cobrar 900 pesos x 2 toallas que se mancharon tantito con el color que traigo de cabello y yo las lave con agua y jabon y se quito. Que el cobro era por reglas del hotel que no hay ni nadie me dijo. En fin
