Kan rekommendera detta hotell nära stranden. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Hotellet har två nedkylda pooler, vilket är väldigt svalkande när det är som varmast. Rooftop baren var mysig på kvällen Hotellets Wifi hade en del att önska, dvs det var ganska slött.

Fint hotell med väldigt bra läge.

Mycket bra läge med fin utsikt över stranden och havet. Bra utbud på restauranger i närområdet och i väldigt mysiga Gamla stan. Bra service och bra städning. Enda lilla minuset är att det är lite stimmigt i frukostsalen i samband med att personalen plockar disk. Återkommer gärna till hotellet och Calpe.

En general la estancia ha ido bien, como puntos a mejorar, el desayuno. Al ser un hotel grande, la hora de desayuno con tanta gente no dan abasto a reponer los distintos productos, la fruta fresca no era de buena calidad, zumos no son naturales.. los tostadores no funcionaban bien. Otro punto a mejorar son los ascensores, pese a disponer de 3, estaban saturados, parando en cada planta.. o haciendo cola para acceder a uno, en horas concurridas

Disappointed to not be given clean towels during our three day stay, if we wanted a change of towel they charge € 7 The lounge bar is very small so many people were disappointed at not getting a seat.

The food is awful and dining room chaotic and tables left with dirty plates etc on. Found it difficult to find a clean table to sit at. The room was ok however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and when asked reception about mattress we were told all the mattresses were the same. Rooftop pool area was lovely but pool was freezing cold. Would not rate this hotel 4 star
