Doors in the room would not close, such as the bathroom door where I was unable to have privacy when using the bathroom.
When I first arrived I waited outside for 30 mins due to the doors being locked and no one was at the front.
I tried buying drinks from the vending machine but the front desk said it didn’t work. He was very ignorant to guest. He offered waters but had said I had to buy them. When I said I would, he stated only cash. I replied that I only had card. Then asked if there was an atm to pull money out he said no. I asked for him to charge the waters on my card and he refused. Which was very strange to me almost as if he was pocketing the cash for the drinks.
The room looked dirty, if it wasn’t so late I would’ve left but I had to rest my head and dealt with it for the few hours I was there.
I’m highly unsatisfied and will never be returning to this business.
