Great location and really fantastic staff. Parking was a bit janky, as their lot is being redone. We booked a King Suite, but were put in a standard double queen room. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did move us to a King accessible room. More space, but still not the king suite we paid for. This is a third-party booking site problem. We reserved through this third party site and they didn’t fulfill their side of the deal. They sent the wrong reservation to the hotel, but still kept our money. Do better booking app. Tried to contact them, and was #160 in the agent queue.
