During our stay we noticed a lot of things that did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel in any way. For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. We were not told you needed to book the hottub amongst other things, which we had to find out for ourselves or from other guests staying at the hotel, as we were quickly dismissed when speaking to someone at reception. No efforts were made whatsoever at any point during our stay.
The photos of this hotel on Expedia where I booked is nowhere near what we saw when we arrived. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, furniture is dirty throughout the hotel, WiFi is only available in the lobby which was very inconvenient as we needed to make important work related emails. The hotel is nowhere near the airport and does not offer complimentary shuttle services, we had to pay €48 for a taxi to and from the hotel.
Would highly NOT recommend!
