The room had filthy sheets, the sink in the kitchenette area had collapsed and there was standing water on the floor. The room smelled like mold. I went to the front desk after briefly looking at the room and there was a line of dissatisfied customers waiting for service. I just asked to cancel my reservation and wanted a refund. They cancelled my reservation but said I would need to request a refund from Hotels.com. I have tried to request a refund, but it’s hard to figure out how to request it on the app. Customer service from Hotels.com is awful.
