Positives: The room is large enough and clean.
Negatives: The room was a little cold, and the reception told us they close the heating system and they sent us blankets. The outside temperature was 14 degrees and we stayed under blankets in a 4-star hotel.
From the bath, the water was yellow and muddy. One guy from the hotel came and told us there have been a work on the pipes and advised us to run water for 5 minutes before entering the bathroom.
The room was near a highway, we told we want more quiet room, the reception told us most of the rooms are faced to the highway, but the isolation on windows is good. It wasn't too much noisy but it wasn't quite either.
The internet was very unstable, it was working %50 percent of the time.
The location is terrible. You have to go to the last stop of metro first. Your day-pass transportation card is not valid at the last station, you must pay extra. Then you have to take another bus to reach the hotel. Last bus is at 23.15, one night we had to walk to the hotel by foot.
Hotels.com didn't interfere and at least change the hotel the other day, they say, the hotel has charged you so we can not do anything (they charged weeks ago, not while checking in). To me, my credit card is charged by hotels.com or the hotel is the same; but in practice it matters when you experience problems.
It was a total disapppointment.
