The main issue we had here was with the booking service we used for this reservation.
The facility has been recently remodeled and it looks great!
The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast. To me that says donuts and coffee. But what they had was a hot breakfast with fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy with a wonderful flavor!
We were traveling with a pet. The booking website said this property's policy was that you could have up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. It would be an additional $15 pet pet as long as they were less than 40 lbs. At check-in, I was informed that each pet would cost an additional $20 per night and the document I signed said it was for dogs only! So anyone traveling with cards should be aware of this!
These are the kinds of things we spend a lot of time researching so we don't have to run into these kinds off issues after driving 650 miles! So whether this problem lies with the booking service or the property owners. But it's something I think needs to be squared up if for no other reason than customer service. This is something that could cause real issues for travellers!
Putting the whole pet issue aside, I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!
The property was clean. It was easily accessable to I-85. And I believe it was fairly priced.
