We stayed here for 3 nights for our Easter week. The location is ideal. The area was quiet for a city (occasional sirens) and is mostly residential. Room was pretty soundproof.
The FREE parking was also a perk, since most hotels in the area were charginging at least $35+ per night.
The staff was super helpful and nice. Every time we came back to the hotel they greeted us by name. They asked us everytime they saw us if everything was good. VERY ATTENTIVE.
They reserved a spot for our car since we had to come and go frequently for Church services. This was a huge help since some of the services ended late at night.
The room was clean. There were enough outlets for charging your electronics. They provided us with a microwave upon request. There was a small fridge for a few items.
The only "issue" and these were minor, was there is no iron in room, but I am sure if one was requested they would have provided one. The closet was not a closet but an inset space and the way the "dresser" was situated, there was not enough room if you had longer items to hang.
The coffee machine was an expresso machine. As a coffee drinker, I need a bit more ounces in the morning. But that was not an issue because I simply went across the street to buy an Americano.
The property is older, a retro type property, yet rooms are renovated. We would definitley stay here again.
