The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. This trip was in September and in December I was finally told they would not refund me nor give me a partial refund for the night I wasn't there. I waited to see if they would try to remedy any of it before I sent a nasty review and here we are. I've been to motels better than this.
