8/10 Very good

Pretty decent hotel for a good price. Needs better housekeeping and the outside needs to be cleaned up. Other than that, it's a nice and quiet stay.

In middle of remodel!!
Room was in the middle of renovation. Tub was disgusting! Floors were dirty with grout from shoes. Plug ins were very loose. The service I received at the front desk was phenomenal! They tried to make it right with a discount. They were very helpful!!

2/10 Poor

Absolutely disgusting! Do not recommend.
One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever been in, there was used soap left on the bathtub, floors were filthy, missing trim boards around the floor, Nats coming out of the drain in the sink.

Slowly but surely it's starting to become a very nice and affordable hotel

2/10 Poor

Absolutely disgusting!!
It was terrible, and we left. The agent said I would get a full refund and he booked us at the Motel 6 down the road. It was very clean! That was all that I asked! It didn’t have to be fancy, but nasty was unacceptable. The Residency Inn was So bad, that I could not stand to use the toilet, let a lone take a shower. It was too dirty for a dog to stay. Floor was dirty, as was the sink, fridge, microwave-which wouldn’t work either! I was told to leave and did not have to go to the front desk to check out, and would be getting a full refund, which I’m still waiting on!

Worst hotel
This was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. The room was dirty the bathroom door didnt shut, holes in bathroom wall and the bathtub was disgusting. Seems to be in a sketchy part of town we were woken up multiple times by people arguing outside or cops passing with sirens on. The front clerk was nice enough the only thing that kept me from finding another hotel is that we were only gonna be there for 12 hours and at least there were no bugs

Not the Hilton
Facility was clean but well worn. Two of the light fixtures did not work. And the smoke detector was missing. The additional lock on the door was also broken and missing. We stayed there because we came the night before a cruise and wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay. It happened to be a relatively cold day and the air conditioning didn’t seem to have a heat setting. That being said, it was about what we expected for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good safe and served the purpose
Nice and helpful staff, safe area, good coffee, served the purpose which was to just rest for a bit; room could use some fixing and updates; bed could use a soft topper; contact me for the best air purifier & aromatherapy system for your rooms to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell 9014934696

This hotel is great! The only thing I would complain about is housekeeping does not belong clean towels & sheets upon request or at all.

Move along - nothing to see here...
This was just horrible. No ground floor king as reserved. Let us have a queen - under renovation... No discount either. No shower curtain, the tub was filthy. Giant dust bunnies in the bathroom vent and the room heater. The floor was dirty. Three steps up from the parking lot to the ground floor room. The last step was big. Not good for anyone on crutches. The bed was clean and comfortable. Not recommended at any price.

Room was dirty and outdated but the price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Not to far from the beach so that's good

DON’T DO IT!!! IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD
So it definitely did NOT look like the pictures. Of course with the price I wasn’t expecting a grand hotel. But wholley Moley it was terrible. It looks like the buildings are falling apart and when we checked in the person behind the counter was knocked out on the counter. We had to walk over trash and debris in the walkways. The rooms had holes in the walls and were filthy dirty. The beds had dog hair and dirt all over them, and when we pulled the covers it was even worse. It seemed like an investor bought it and is trying to rent out rooms while trying to remodel. Which it is NOT in any condition to rent any rooms out. The tv didn’t work, the shower was iffy, the wall spackle were falling apart and all over the floors. I wish I would have took pictures, we were all just too disgusted.

8/10 Very good

The owners and staff need to clean up the outside of the hotel and around the dumpster atea. Lots if trash, old beds etc. Makes the hotel look grungy when its actually really decent. And they dont charge you an outrageous amou t per day like the other jotels on the island.
