When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience.
