very bad problem
the hotel was perfect. really had everything and possibilities. Staff was good. Especially supervisor Ridvan bey was really polite, courteous and helpful and concerned. But we had a bad event, we left our room open for a drink on the terrace. Our money was in the bag. We never thought that our money could be stolen from such a hotel. When we arrived in the room we found that the room door was closed. We called the reception and asked for the key. When we open the room and count our money, we see that the money is missing 200 dirhams. We cashed our euro as a taxi money and it was our last day. We didn't have any cash. We shared this with the general manager and other employees. And unfortunately they said that they could not do anything in their statements, that the employees did not do it. The diary of the hotel is already very high, I don't think no guest would get into the room and take 200 dirhams. There were 1500 dirhams in the bag..
