The front desk check in was poor in service.
But the check out front desk guy was not only poor but terrible and rude yielding at me in front of my kids because the breakfast was 20 minutes later. I asked him to help us (every thing was in place) because we had to be in the ball park in 20 minutes. I understand politics but I understand great service too, and to yield in front of my kids, that was something else!!.
