Scam to Bait and Switch to Different Hotel
Horrible experience. Arrived at the hotel to find out they had no rooms for me to stay in despite having a prepaid reservation. Based on the previous review they have no courtesy with removing their listing from booking sites when full, they are greedy and purposely overbook then try to lure you to stay in their other hotels at a much higher rate and lower quality. The manager “Uber’d” me to their sister hotel, where I was then asked by the driver to pay the fare. I decided not to stay in their other accommodations and find my own. The manager told me that the owner will process my refund, but was unavailable due to being on vacation in Cancun. I spent a lengthy amount of time dealing with this on my vacation since I had to work through Hotels.com to dispute the reservation and guarantee that my money would never be returned. Know that you are at your own risk when booking this hotel.
