I arrived after my daughter did, and we both booked through Hotels.com, and when my daughter got there, they were telling her, even though both of our bookings were paid in full a couple of months back that they didn’t have rooms for us then they gave me my room when I finally got there, but they told my daughter that even though she was paid in full that they would have to find somewhere else to stay for the next two nights the rooms was horrible. It had a smell my air condition didn’t work. I had to be moved to another floor when I came downstairs to talk to the front desk I fell coming out of the elevator and the front staff were laughing , I had to go over be rushed to the hospital and I could not even stay long at the hospital because our flight was leaving later on that morning. The food was horrible and you have to pay for eggs seven dollars the staffing word mean rude and very unprofessional I will never stay there again. If the room was free, I would not stay there again. The parking is horrible , the only thing that was nice about it is the beach is right outside of the hotel when you come through the pool area
