Terrible experience, absolutely no help from “host” they actually sent me to the wrong building , after having to call the number to contact property no one answered , had to keep calling 20 times. Expedia post states just see staff at desk, the staff at the desk have nothing to do with this property.
After figuring they sent me to the wrong building, I had to walk 2kms to he correct one only to be hung up on 3 more times. No information about check in even though they claim they send emails which I only received 5 hrs later. No wifi information, no check in information, a buzz in code to the correct building, no parking information was provided. When buzz the intercom to enter the building I had to do 6 attempt as the intercom kept getting a voicemail. DO Not waste your time with this property. Once inside the towels that were in the unit were still wet, but rolled up, the plates were dirty and wet in the cupboard. Windows only were cleaned as high as someone could reach. And to show how much this host cares the bathroom hand towels were in a pile under the sink. And the kicker was here was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. Was in town for an event ( taylorswift) but for $700, any reasonable person would not want to waste an extra 2 hrs trying to check in and dealing with the complete unprofessionalism as this host. Go to a hotel , and to be honest Expedia’s should do better as the information they posted was completely incorrect. Go to hotels directly .
