The stay was fine....more than comfortable. I would avoid booking with Hotels.com though. On my app it claimed the cost for the room was $134 per night....it ended being 196 per night as the app apparently was in US dollars. That wasn't mentioned. The room would have been $20 cheaper if we just booked with the hotel itself

Broken furniture and dirty room
The room was not clean and the TV had some dust along with some stickiness which want cleaned. There were so many broken furniture and towel hanger was broken. I cannot waste my time fixing these issues with unknown in room. So I have not reported anything. Again it’s waste of money and energy.

My stay was great, however, we had a clogged toilet. I advised the receptionist upon check, she said, we should've called front desk as they have 24 hour maintenance service but who wants to do that at one in the morning. Overall, it was an excellent stay

Great New Hotel with Amazing Service
New hotel which is joint to the Pickering casino. Very friendly staff and room was spacious. Price was very good for Christmas Eve and included free parking. Plenty of eateries outside the casino and open late too. Close to the highway but couldn’t hear the highway noise.

Best Kept Secret
Hotel is new, rooms are HUGE, modern and spotless, and the price is STILL cheaper than any dive in the GTA. I stay here whenever I need a couples night away or when I need a quiet place to go get caught up on work. Plenty of food and drink on site, so you never really need to leave during your stay. It is the perfect place for anyone looking for a staycation (or VAcation). Especially in the winter.
