We booked a room at Blue Moon last minute, mainly for the open terrace to see the balloons in the morning, and it didn't disappoint. It was a nice, memorable stay.
One thing we noticed was that the website doesn't seem to specify what room you chose on your reservation, so they put us in another room when we got there. The staff was very helpful and ready to change us to another room, but we were happy with the room they gave us. You could step right out of the window onto the terrace.
The room was clean and the bedding was soft and comfortable, although the towels were extremely stiff and scratchy, typical of many hotels.
Breakfast was a nice varied spread in the Turkish style (lots of cheeses and bread, sausages similar to hot dogs, olives, tomatoes, spreads for the bread, etc). The second day, fewer people were staying in the hotel so we got large individual breakfast plates that had been plastic wrapped for cleanliness. Everything was very sanitary and they provided masks and gloves for us.
