I was in Room on the ground floor and sadly at 3.20 am I was wakened by someone opening and closing a room door approx 6 times over the next few hours. I have stayed at your hotel 3 times now as it’s been an excellent experience. You need to find a way for the rooms near reception to be made quieter. I will still stay again if I am in Glasgow as service was good.

The hotel was in a Central location close to transport links and the staff were very pleasant and helpful such as during check-in and storing luggage. While we knew that some of the rooms would not have windows, a more substantial and opaque door/panelling between the bedroom area and the bathroom would have been preferred.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was nice and clean and it was great to have air conditioning, especially as the room didn’t have any windows. The cheese and wine on a Saturday night for guests is a great idea. Would book a room with a window next time, but overall was a great 2 nights

The staff was very helpful and allowed us to keep our luggage for free for a day when we had checked out. The rooms were very small otherwise our stay was fine given the price we had paid and the proximity to Glasgow Queen Train Station

Right on the door step from the train station and next to all the shops and bars the hotel was clean enough with very helpful and friendly staff will to help with anything the rooms have everything you need just for those few days get aways.

Location is great, we had a tidy but small room with a small bed. Our main problem was getting to sleep with a constant mechanical hum, which we could hear even when the air conditioning was turned off.
