This is a very modern, comfortable, and attractive place to stay. I came during the worldwide tech outage, and it is understandable that I did not get my confirmation email 24 hours before. I called 3 different times on the day of check in, and two representatives could not understand my issue and another hung up on me because she could not speak English.
Both representatives kept saying either I will get my email with room code in an hour, and then no later than 2:30pm. It came at 3:30. I was also assured there would be someone onsite to help if needed, but in the two days I was there, there was a sign on the office door saying no one is here and to call reservations. The reservations line kept wanting to transfer me back to the site. Just disorganized.
Lastly, the air conditioning was not strong or did not work - I could not tell. I couldn't contact anyone because no one was here.
Everything else was okay and comfortable, but I likely would not stay here again.
