Im allgemeinen ein sehr schönes Hotel, toller Pool und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ich habe dennoch nur drei Sterne vergeben, da wir in unserem Zimmer anscheinend ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage hatten. Da wir damit empfindlich sind, haben wir sie über Nacht ausgeschaltet. Ich habe keine Ahnung warum, aber die Klimaanlage begann nach einiger Zeit Geräusche zu machen, vergleichbar mit einer Bohrmaschine, mal leiser, mal lauter, meistens kurz andauernd, wieder stumm und dann wieder von vorne. Ich habe das Problem direkt nach der ersten Nacht gemeldet. Das Personal wollte nachsehen. Rückmeldung habe ich leider keine bekommen. So hatte ich sieben Nächte mit schlechtem Schlaf. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Zu bemängeln ist auch der Hitzeschutz im Föhn, schaltet sich nach 20 Sekunden aus. Für lange Haare dauerts so ewig. Am besten eigenen mitnehmen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Ich habe hier aber nur drei Sterne gegeben, da ich von einer Sache enttäuscht war. Wir waren zum Zeitpunkt des schweren Hagels im Hotel, dabei wurden zwei Fenster im Treppenhaus beschädigt. Die Scherben wurden erst nach drei Tagen! weggekehrt. Das Personal war aber durchweg sehr freundlich. Abzug gibts auch beim Zustand und Einrichtung. Einiges ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Keller tropfte aber Wasser aus den Leitungen (Sturmschaden?) Das WLAN reichte leider nicht bis zum Pool, der ja direkt vor der Tür war. Kann man verbessern. Tiefgaragenplätze sind begrenzt.
