Holiday Inn only in name
The stay went ok.
Breakfast was not a great experience.
It was a little before 9:25 when we went and tried to get some pancakes from their machine. Unfortunately it had run out of batter, the staff member running that told me that it was close to 9:30 and he wasn’t going to refill it. Our 3 girls love this for breakfast, and apparently so did the family that showed up shortly after us and the small group of people after that. This guy refused to refill it.
For something so small he wasn’t going to do anything. There are signs up in the breakfast area that say “breakfast ready when you are”. I’m sad to report that’s a lie.
It may be a holiday Inn, but it’s run by people who do not care about you. The worst thing any hotel can do is finish out your stay with a bitter taste in your mouth.
