Excellent staff throughout
We were very heartily welcomed by the nice woman at reception. She explained almost everything for our very short stay. The food and drinks were just ok. But the friendliness and dedication of the staff were excellent. At the pool, the beach or the restaurants. The room was comfortable. The bad points. What's with the bath tub in the room! I can't imagine people lying in a tub that had been used by hundreds before. Why not just a shower cubicle? The air conditioning was quite cold but it roared like a helicopter taking off each time the thermostat kicked in. Should I comment about the Dead Sea? Hmm. Apart from it being the lowest place on earth at 435 metres below sea level... The golf carts can be very useful to carry the residents to and from the main buildings to the shore etc but the reckless drivers share the same paths as people who prefer a stroll and i witnessed at least 2 very near misses that would just destroy the reputation of the hotel. Also parking was impossible during the weekend.

We love this hotel, especially the sandy pool and the connected family room. The staff were generally nice and helpful. However, the hotel was quite crowded with large Jordanian groups. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast, where the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. Additionally, some staff appeared to be more attentive toward female guests.

I got food poisoning after eating at this hotel. We Stayed for two nights and the dinner on last night got me sick and ruined my whole week afterwards. This was not my first time at Movenpick dead sea but will be my last for sure. The hotel service has degraded over the years.

I was amazed, literally from the minute I walk into the reception, even dealing with reception and front office manager assistant, which is they upgrade my room they gave me beach view , the Infinity pools for the families and the adults are clean and amazing even specially around the property with the golf cart . Night party was amazing and breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety of food. Top notch service and food

Really enjoyed my experience, the staff is super accomplished and helpful even during stressful times. Everything is super clean and organized and I guess the one thing I’d have appreciated is for the sauna and steam room to be included in the hotel fee

Well done Movenpick!
Reception desk with Ahmed was exceptional as was good and drinks. Room had view of the Dead Sea too — stunning. Zara spa was wonderful with reception (Suhaib and Hanan !!!), massage (Samir !!!), hydropools, pool with dead sea water pumped in, chill atmosphere . Well done Movenpick!
