Free breakfast made to order was on the website. No such service exists. There's a Keurig in the room with ONE POD. We've been on the phone with the front desk for quite some time attempting to get ONE MORE POD so we can drink coffee in the morning. I think hostage negotiations are less complicated. This is insane for the room rate. Pool and hot tub are FILTHY. The only nice thing I can say is that the location is fantastic. I will NEVER stay here again.

This was an elegant, but dated hotel with a lovely staff and great amenities including pool, hot tub and saunas. We were able to walk to a place to eat. Lovely soaking tub in room. We enjoyed our night at this property.

The staff was fantastic and everything was very clean. However they were unable to give keycards so the front desk manager had to come unlock our door every time we came back to the hotel throughout the day. Granted she was fantastic, but seemed pretty silly considering it’s one of the more expensive hotels in the area. Also the hot tub didn’t work and our bathroom tile was falling apart. Breakfast was great!
