Haven't been in customer service and sales and a business owner most of my adult life I come to recognize it's not always what happens the first time but it's what happens the second time. After a long day of driving in various other stresses we checked into our room only to find another couple was already in there. Fortunately we all laughed it off and Patel the manager was right behind me. He apologized for the error change rooms. Unfortunately the next room we had wasn't quite suitable so he started running and trying to figure out a better solution which is exactly what he did. He found another one that was very clean very nicely appointed freshly painted it was beautiful. The rest of the state was beautiful. He grabbed all our luggage did all the work himself and tried to refuse it too I gave it to him anyway. We recognized him from another hotel we used to stay at so just want you guys to know this is a good place. Patel, the manager is good people.
