Upon booking my stay at the hometown studios Orlando UCF, I booked on Expedia from November 22nd through the 29th, which totaled $377.86 plus a 100.00 deposit. When I went to the front desk on November 22nd, a lady named Liza "Lisa" was very incompetent, rude, and seemed unaware she was checking me in. Liza showed me a room that was not clean yet, which was room (126), a disability room. Liza told me to wait for an hour while the room was cleaned. And she would go ahead and check me into room (126). When Lisa gave me my room key, it had the wrong room (124) on the key, so I went back to make Lisa aware that she had put the wrong room number on the key; she said, "Oh, I'm sorry," and changed the room number back to the room (126) and did something in the computer and told me I was good to go. Upon entering room (126), I saw a dead Roach on the wall. I started putting my food in the refrigerator, and roaches began coming out of the fridge from behind the refrigerator. I called Lisa to make her aware, and she said, "Well, I'll put you on the list for the exterminator on Wednesday, which would be the 27th of November." the same night, when I was sleeping, and someone tried to enter my room I had the door lock which is a safety lock. It was a man I was screaming, and he said, "Oh, I thought the room was vacant." I cried and screamed because I thought I was being robbed/ He said, "I'm the security guard.
