Booked an Ocean View but I was given Harbour view room. If i had not complained, Atlantis will 9nly given me a tereace view at first floor. To make things worse, when I requested the difference on overcharged, Atlantis reception staff was not helpful and pointed to Expedia. I was in contact with Atlantis prior to my arrival yet I was not informed that the room I paid for is not available. It took 1 week after I had left the resort to sort things out as Expedia and Atlantis are passing the ball. In the end, Atlantis has to refund money paid by Expedia.
The room given to us was dusty, some lights were not working, mold on bathroom sink. Staff around the resort are nice and helpful, but reception staff are not. I was even charged early check but I did not get my room until 4pm not to mention I had to changed rooms.
I just hope receptionists are helpful too especially when directing guests when and there are issues with booking rather than mainly saying "We don't have that room available. We are booked".
