This resort is truly wonderful! After reading numerous reviews, I noticed more positive than negative, leading me to choose this place—and I’m so glad I did. The property is stunningly beautiful and impressively large, leaving us curious about how they maintain it all. The staff was remarkable; we encountered many friendly and helpful employees. The main hotel and reception area were beautifully maintained, and the several pools were clean and well-kept. We stayed in the main hotel (the V-shaped building) and had rooms on both sides, both offering breathtaking views. While the rooms were around 4/5 stars—not luxurious but perfectly fine—they met our needs well. A lovely touch was the evening s'mores around the fire pit, adding a cozy charm to our stay. The only downside was the food, which could use improvement. However, this didn’t detract from my overall experience. The water park was a highlight! My daughter loved the pools, lazy river, and water slides—fantastic fun for families. The funicular ride enhanced the beauty of the experience, and Isla Palomino was a nice spot for beach lovers, featuring a simple restaurant/bar and music (which was loud but manageable if you sit further away). Occasional splashes from the boat were no big deal just move forward if you want to stay dry! Overall it was a great experience, and we look forward to returning. I didn’t dine at the main restaurants, only getting food from the bar, so perhaps the dining experience is better than I found.
