This place was a nice stay. The lady that greeted us was fantastic. The outdoor area is fantastic. The view was beautiful. However, the rooms need updating or repair or TLC...something.
The toilet lever was broken and you had to hold it a special way to make it work. The second AC unit in our family suite not only quit blowing cold, but was billowing out so much hot air the room became unbearable. The unit would not shut off so at 2 in the morning half our party was moved to another room (thankfully). The pull out beds bedding was not washed and left wadded in the drawer which makes you wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned and the bed itself has seen better days. And the last straw, we came down to breakfast, which we were told started at 6am. All lights dimmed, no signs and when the person finally came to the counter he said um yeah its gonna be late. The breakfast lady isn't here yet. I said what time do you expect her? He stated im not sure maybe 730?
We will be gone by then so the extra expense is frustrating. This place has perks, but the negatives are definitely outweighing them.
