This property is located right on the beach in Copacabana and is situated in what appears to be a very old building. We stayed in unit 1208.
The apartment is quite small, with a particularly tiny kitchen area (about the size of a small coat closet in U.S. apartments). The bathroom is similarly compact, with a very small shower and an overall unappealing setup. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and every time someone used it, the power in the apartment would fluctuate.
The living room and dining table were decent, and while the refrigerator and cabinets were small, they were functional. However, the elevator to the 12th floor was old and very cramped, requiring us to make two trips to transport all our luggage. On the positive side, the building has 24/7 security, and the staff were friendly. They kept the main gate locked at all times, which added a layer of safety.
For the price we paid, we found the experience to be disappointing and not worth the cost. There are plenty of better options in the same area with superior views, comfort, and services.
Additionally, be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions, as the cancellation policy for this property is somewhat concerning.
Lastly., dining options and shopping options are great. As this is in a prime location of CopaCabana beach.
