DO NOT STAY HERE
My name is Mehmet And I have been staying at your Tunisia hotel Iberostar Saphire Palace for last 5 nights and today is my last night.But i was really confused if I am at five star hotel or not.First of all I am writing this you at to hotel lobby which has a very very slow internet connection and I am sure it will tak eminutes to download it.First I thought may be this is the country's problem but even the smallest cafes has got fast broadband connection.We have hot water and heating problem nearly everyday we stayed here.First we have to call the reception after they are going to send a technician to solve it than luckily at the end we can have a hot shower or do not breeze in our room.And the food which is open buffet is not fresh and look healthy.The clothes of the staff are more like gray then white.The cheese on the table are yesterday or the days before not cut fresh and hot water service for tea is not hot so we did not enjoy our dinners in the FIVE star hotel where we pay more to receive a better service.Lastly,when we first read about the advertise of the hotel it was telling about attractions for children.Nothing happened except a bingo play was done two nights ago.I do not think that i am going to be a guest of iberostar hotels anymore if they do not see people like walking dollars or euros on the way.
