Oda mükemmel ötesiydi ve her gün kat hizmeti gayet iyiydi. Yemekler her insanın mutlaka damak tadına uyacak şekildeydi. Latif Şefimizin emeğine yüreğine sağlık. Snack barın pizzası hayatımda yediğim en iyi pizza olabilir (haftada en az 2 kez pizza yiyen birisi olarak söylüyorum). Animasyon ekibinin hepsi gerçekten gülümsemeyi hayat felsefesi edinmişler, hepsiyle çok iyi anlar geçirdik. Haziran sonu konaklamamıza rağmen akşamları bazen çok şiddetli esintiler oluyordu bunun için yanınıza bir sweat veya ceket almanızı öneririm. Pool barda genç bir arkadaş vardı onun hünerleriyle yaptığı sex on the beach kesinlikle denenmeli. 4 günlük konaklama içerisinde hiçbir şey beni üzmedi veya hüsrana uğratmadı. Çok huysuz birisi olmama rağmen asla somurtmadım. Animasyon ekibindeki Tunuslu arkadaşımıza selam olsun. Kendisiyle çok eğlenceli anlar geçireceğinize inanıyorum.

Super séjour , tout est au top ! Les restaurants sont très bon. Et l’animation est top , tout est mis en place pour qu’on ne s’ennuie pas. Excursion proposé, sortie en groupe en boîte le soir et super animation le soir à l’hôtel! Un gros coup de cœur pour les animateurs Momo et Bob qui sont très sympathiques mettent l’ambiance et organise des soirées ❤️

Gitmeden önce çok fazla kötü yorum okudum ama otelin o kötü yorumlar ile alakası yok.Denizi,konumu,çalışanların davranışları çok güzel. Havuzu pek tercih etmem ama temiz ve büyük bir ana havuz var. Çok kalabalık derseniz el binanın önünde de daha soğuk ama sakin bir havuz var. Bizim kaldığımız odada klimada küçük bir problem vardı ama odanın baktığı manzara o eksikliği kapadı diyebilirim :) Kendilerini alkol çeşitleri konusunda geliştirebilirlerse gayet güzel bir tatil yeri. Animasyon ekibi herkesin memnuniyeti için aşırı çabalıyor. Temiz değil denmiş ama her gün 2 kez odaya uğrayıp havlu, şampuan ve temizlik ihtiyacınız soruluyor bence temizlik için yeterli. Küçücük şeylere takılmadan tatil yapan biri iseniz memnuniyetle ayrılırsınız.

Needs TLC as a matter of urgency.

My impression is that this hotel was a great 5 star hotel when it opened and then it wasn't properly maintained and now it is quite tired. I suppose there marketing pictures were taken back then and don't represent current state of the hotel. I guess, the price reflects that, as other hotels with 5 star rating in this area would be more expensive. My air con didn't work - reported it twice. After 2nd time it started to work only on hot setting with the lowest temperature of 25°C. No robes provided in the room, even though it is stated in description (I didn't bring mine because of that). No robes provided in the SPA either - they get you to wrap in a towel instead. SPA is very tired, grotty and scary-looking. Could be a setting for some Harry Potter scenes. However, the Massage and Hamam performed in the SPA are excellent - they have very good Therapists. But the environment is far from a SPA in a 5 star hotel standard. Half of the equipment in the Gym is either broken or unsafe to use (e.g. partially cracked weights and rusting cable machines). The gym itself is very dusty. I liked the main pool and the beach, enjoyed free rides on banana and other inflatables. Food in the restaurant is pretty much the same every day but in a very good variety, so you can choose to eat something different every day. The staff are 5 star people - genuine, friendly and always willing to help. Great team. Location is very good - in a quiet area yet right on the shore and close to town center.

Needs a complete overhaul. Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Furnishings need to be updated. Good shower but some form of anti-slip needed badly. We had a large balcony with very old furniture that we wouldn’t use which was a pity. Garden badly needs attention. The entertainment area is outside so blaring music up to midnight & beyond kept us awake. Restaurant was kept very well & staff were terrific. Food was usual all inclusive type which didn’t suit my husband so we used local restaurants towards the end of our holiday for dinner. The sand on beach is shingle/Stony which we don’t like. The jetty is lovely & sunbeds ard good. However we won’t return. Great for young families if they don’t mind very loud music.

Otel genel olarak fena değil. Ancak giriş sırasında neredeyse 1 saat odanın hazırlanması için bekletildik. Otelin yemek çeşitliliği son derece iyiydi ancak lezzet konusunda ortalamanın altında. Otel açık deniz kıyısında oldugundan biraz dalgalı bir sahile sahip. Bunun yanında, şahane bir gün batımı vardı. Bu yüzden özellikle akşam yemeği zamanında romantik bir ambians oluşuyor.

Чудове місце для відпочинку. Єдиний недолік -- надто гучна музика до 24-ї години. Усе решта -- одні переваги. Їжа і напої ледь не цілодобово. Усе чудової якості. Чудове море поруч -- є і пляж і містки. Захоплюючий вид на море. Навіть в 3-ю декаду вересня тут комфортно і чудово відпочивати.

Nice hotel close to beach and resort

The hotel itself was very good - buffet a bit samey but you get that with all inclusive - however they did have three a la carte restaurants which you could choose to eat from and were very good. Red wine very good - white wine not so good but plenty of spirits even local 'Baileys' which was very nice. Our room was in the 'select' part of the hotel on the 8th floor - fantastic view with glorious sunsets every evening and nice and quiet. Our second time at this hotel and looking a bit tired now - could do with reburbishment in some areas but on the whole a very good holiday and weather was perfect.
