Complaint
Due to a business trip, I stayed at Mainz Select Hotel for two nights. I had a really unpleasant experience at last evening.
In the evening, the hotel's restaurant areas are closed, but since there are no tables or charging points available in the reception area suitable for working, I chose to use a table next to the closed section to work. On the first evening, I had no issues; all the staff saw me working there and did not mind. However, on the second evening of my stay, when I wanted to work at the same table, a staff member named Rafael Stauffer rudely warned me.
I explained to him that I had worked in that section the previous evening, that I had not touched any items, and that I had not consumed any food or drink or made any mess. Despite this, he continued to speak rudely. If his manner had been more appropriate, it would not have been an issue. However, it is unacceptable for someone in a managerial position in the service industry to approach a customer in such a manner. He addressed me as if he were talking to an employee
